Droid Scheduler: Automate Your Android Services
Droid Scheduler is a free Android application designed to help you automate your device's services. With this app, you can create schedules that are repeated weekly and perform typical actions for you. For instance, you can turn off all data at night to avoid receiving email messages, and turn on WiFi at 7:00 AM when you wake up. You can also activate Bluetooth in your car between 8:00 and 10:00 AM when you're on your way to work. This way, you can save some battery life on your device.
Droid Scheduler allows you to manage several services, including APN Data, WiFi, HotSpot, Bluetooth, Airplane Mode, Screen Brightness, Ringer Volume, and Notification Volume. You can configure an unlimited number of schedules, and there are one-time schedules that are automatically removed or disabled after they are fired. The app also features the ability to postpone events, show a list of generated events for the next week, and disable any events that are going to happen. Widgets give you the ability to switch services on/off and shows nearest events.
